Model of Amfikon NVA-120P originally from USSR-Russian Aviation and Space Collectibles.

The NVA-120's twin 60 kN turbofans are mounted on top of the fuselage and the two fuselage mounted lift fans are powered by 5200 kW gas turbines. The NVA-120 can accommodate 500 passengers.

The characteristic index for all Nazarov / Amfikon projects, NVA, means Nazemno-vozdushnaya amfibiya - Ground/air amphibian. There is also English version of the abbreviation - GAAV (V for Vehicle, I guess).
