Vought V-550 Fighter-Bomber or not ?

From TsAGI's Tekhnicheskaya Informatsiya 9-1984,

here is a drawing to V-550,but I don't know if they meant Vought V-550 a cheap
multi-role fighter-bomber project or not ?.

Seems to be armed with AIM-54 Phoenix. I thought this no weapon

of course it was a Vought design,and many be it was V.550,here is the aircraft with
addition 3-view to a swing wing version.
