Vickers proposed carrier design

I've found this table showing various carriers of the world navies in the mid 1920's in the Yuzuru Hiraga archive:

What is intriguing that it mentions a Vickers aircraft carrier design as well as a private New York Shipyard proposal as well!
Does anybody know anything about these two?

John Jordan's "Warships After Washington" mentions Japanese interest in foreign designs for aircraft carriers post WWI.

The Vickers design could have been an interesting alternative for the RAN instead of Albatross, Jellicoe did recommend that they obtain carriers to support the fleet after all.
