Variable Geometry STOL Fighter of 1960s to ID (was Langley 'Little Boy')

In Ailes 13/7/1962,

I found this strange VG STOL Fighter Project,and it was appeared in Aviation Week Magazine,I made a good
search in its archive,but nothing I found,maybe it was not a generic design,so if anyone can help ?.

The French text seems to suggest it is a NASA Langley study

At those extreme sweep angles, the outer wing panels essentially “disappear.”
You then depend upon lift developed by the sharply-swept, wing-root, leading edge ….. more like a gothic wing.
