The good news: Theo Wesselink has published these, two books originally started as Putnam titles.

An English edition would be nice, but I doubt there will be one. Mr Wesselink is self-publishing the books.
 
Ah, that's too bad. Even if the Dutch are all crazy for airplanes, there are still a lot more aviation enthusiasts in the world that would be interested in an English edition than a Dutch one. Maybe an electronic version via Apple or Amazon...?
