It is the SZD-20X Wampir 2 ;Flew in september 1959 .Not successful .

here's a picture and a 3-view, both from 'Sailplanes 1945-1965', by Martin Simons.
This book,and the other two volumes in the series, are _the_ books if you want to know about sailplanes, ;D, no projects, though, :'(
