I think I would have crashed the car if I'd seen that! Bad enough when I see something flying.
Back in the 90s when I was working in Dyce, Aberdeen, Friday evenings had some bizarre traffic. British International Super Pumas were towed, sans rotors, up the public roads from their base to an automotive paint shop across the street from our office. They would tow them back on Sunday nights, resplendent in new CHC Scotia livery.

I don't know what are the rules to tow something on public road in Russia but shouldn't they have tail lights at least?
