the IPT-15 was experimental pulse jet powered aircraft,it was tandem two seat high
wing aircraft and one aircraft was built in 1957.

The landing gear arrangement leads me to believe that this project was some sort of powered glider?

More information would be helpful as well.

avioes Brasileiros 1997 by Roberto Pereira.
