I have to say, I really hate the term "social distancing". It's clunky, jargony, and too many syllables. SocDis is obvious, but - nah. Sound like you're being insulted by Rocky: "yo, SocDis".
May I propose "illgap"? As in, hey, mind the illgap! Or do what Banshee does, that's how you illgap.

"Mind the gap" is a very British term. Not sure the Brits want to be associated with the current interestingness.
Maybe... "snotshot." As in "stay out of snotshot."
What does Banshee do? Well... her name was well earned. She *hates* other cats. Loves humans, is even okay with yapdogs, but cats? Can't stand 'em. Screams and hollers when one gets too close. Reminds me of someone...
