Appears to be a concept model made by MAI students:

Hi,

that aircraft I found it in that Russian site, and they said it was from a students, and
it was called Semurg,a low-wing multi-purpose light jet aircraft, but the very strange
in this article is they mention the Yakovlev Yak-107,and it was similar to Yak-6,the
google translate is not good enough to know what was this ?.

This aircaft was designed by Badyagin and Mukhamedov (MAI+Tashkent politechnical institute)
Never was Yakovlev

Semurg = bird of happiness (from uzbek language)

There is special brochure devoted to this unusual plane.

Thank you my dear Ucon very much,

but what was the Yakovlev Yak-107;

Заодно, как всегда, я представил, как бы "Семург" запустили в производство от КБ Яковлева. Получился бы Як-107 (аналогия с Як-6 и единица в знак прогресса). Обозначение в НАТО - Canter (лёгкий галоп).

Makarov Yu.V. "Aircraft MAI" 1994, pp. 204-205
/ Using Google translator /
Multi-purpose aircraft "Semurg" light multipurpose aircraft for the national economy "Semurg" designed according to the technical instructions of the Ministry of Civil Aviation of July 30, 1972 All-about-ektno design and research work carried out at the department of construction and design of aircraft IAI in cooperation with the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute with the participation of the Tashkent Aircraft Production Association. The project is headed by AA Ba dyagin and X. G. Sarymsakov. Drawings were developed for a specific industrial base, made a natural model of fuselage with cabin layout for different modifications of aircraft. Completed by 1975, the project received a lot of positive feedback. "Semurg" (in Uzbek - Bird of Happiness) right in the parking lot could be converted for cargo and passenger flights, air ambulance could be, patrol and fire. The design of "SEMURG" used a number of innovative solutions, in particular the concept of 'six engine', which provides for the main engine, designed for all flight modes, and auxiliary, which provides about half of the maximum thrust main engine. Auxiliary engine is used here as a source of energy for air conditioning and ventilation systems on the ground, to start the main engine and improved takeoff and landing characteristics of the aircraft. On it (in case of failure of the main engine) aircraft can perform a normal level flight with the gear. Auxiliary engine running long, so it can be lightweight and maloresursnym. Another feature of "Semurg" - not retractable landing gear. Designers found that up to a speed of 360 km / h is a reliable chassis, cheaper and easier to use, the aircraft can be easily rearranged with wheels on skis or floats. Another feature of the device, Mr. advanced high lift system and the lack of ailerons, which are used instead of spoilers. The aircraft "Semurg" was technologically, in his design used fiberglass panels, carbon fiber and composite materials. Takeoff weight "SEMURG" 3200 kg, payload of 600 kg. With 400 kg load range of 1000 km. The base engine - Turbofan AI-25 turbojet with thrust of 1500 kg, the secondary - with thrust 320 kg. Cruising speed 360 km / h Wingspan 15.5 m device can be based on unpaved runways for takeoff he need a 150-meter strip. Orders for the aircraft "Semurg" came from a number of ministries and departments. For example, for air ambulance was ordered 150 machines. On the plane "Semurg" wrote many foreign aviation magazines. Article about it was published in the international aviation handbook Jane'S.

Well, just ny the very nature of that url I get collywobbles, too, but we had that site before and there
are sections dealing with, what the name implies, but at least another one, which seems to be quite
reliable. With boroviks explanation, I now think, that this topic should be moved to the postwar projects
section, shouldn't it ?

Hi,

Amusing how they decided to stick with fixed undercarriage. With a cruise speed of only 360 kph (225 mph), retractable gear is heavy, labour-intensive and not really needed. The lack of landing gear fairings can be explained by eliminating the risk of fouling with mud or ice.

However, in-flight icing is a different problem. Remember how Transport Canada de-graded Cessna Caravan's certification for flight into known icing, after a few crashed.

We also wonder if the proposed tires were wide enough for soft-field landings.

Likely would have been a very solid performer in the roles it was intended for.
