Is this Model,the Rockwell NA-420 ?;

I don't think so. Despite some commonalities, there are also some notable differences:

• Small canopy on NA-420, large canopy and small nose on this design
• Engine pods below wing on NA-420, but partly above on this design
• Tail unit seems to extend further aft on this design

BUT... it could still be a different sub-variant of the NA-420.

There's a beautiful NA-430 in-flight painting and an NA-431 ready for takeoff painting in American Secret Projects: US Airlifters Since 1962 P.187. The NA-430 is close to the artwork above, but the wing depicted above is closer to the NA-431.

That aircraft is actually the NA-430; the artwork showing the NA-430 can be found on page 187 of American Secret Projects 3: US Airlifters Since 1962.

That engine layout looks very unusual. It looks like there are two gas-turbines of some sort in each nacelle powering a fan that then sends air through the wings? Am I getting that right? Does anyone have a labelled diagram/patent for this design?
