Quiz,a Twin-Boom Bomber Project to ID

Hi,

here is a real Project ,it was a twin-boom bomber Project,powered by two engines,hard to find but
I can give you the half of answer;

it is not necessary to be a French,and we mentioned it here in this forum without drawing,just caption,
and it was from Twenties,and the designer was not popular,can you recognize it ?.
