I also checked out the registration FW-132, on http://www.airhistory.org.uk/gy/reg_F-.html, but all that says is that it is a 'motoplaneur', nothing more.

I'm sure, that source of article has been French magazine "Aviation Magazine International". In different decades it's changes the title slightly. Sorry, no details about photo

There is a gliding club not too, too far from Montreuil-aux-Lions (http://goelands-sezanne.net/nous-contacter/), which used to be based there. It is possible that someone might know a local historian.

Perhaps, advanced searching Gallica library for the keywords ("Montrieul-aux-Lions" , "Motoplaneur" etc.) could give some links to the prewar press?
"Aviation Magazine International" sometimes publish answers to the readers' letters, that other readers mailed. So, try another issues, later then 1970
