New member unable to access site

On Britmodeller there is a cry for help. A Member David M says that his registration has not been confirmed and did not receive an email and cannot contact admin to resolve the matter. He is however on the list of members. Can you help him please?
Is this the right place to ask? I cannot find a 'contact admin' button

'David M' uses Bigpond.com one of about 5 ISPs who block all email from Digital Ocean (the server hosting company). I've manually activated his account so he can log on now.
