For sure its normal aircraft and its wing. I would say some type of tanker.

I'm siding with a tanker. No alien spacecraft or top secret government project with engines powered by liquid methane is going to make the noise of a modern earth Turbofan engine. :

I think the wing sweep looks similar to a B-52.

There's an old saying that when you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras. And I have problems believing that a "secret" aircraft would turn all its lights on. But it's still an odd video.

You can easily see the wing tip red-green lights but none of the fuselage lights are visible such as the lower red or tail tip white, like they are supposed to.
The B-52, C-17 and the B-2 landing lights pattern do not fit. Tanker lights are aft facing, not forward.
Intriguing.

Well since there are thousands of landing light video's on youtube called "UFO's" it would probably be easier to look through a couple hundred of those videos for matching lights. If you DON'T find a matching light pattern then it might actually be something interesting. OH, and FYI the video has absolutely nothing to do with the article....
