(Dear Mr and Mrs Chen, While I agree your apartment WAS covered for fire, being blown up by the fire brigade was not on the policy, sorry about that.)

Dorothy decided that home owners insurance was a royal pain in the behind the curve.

Dear Mrs. Chen, the good news is that we extinguished the fire. The bad news is that your curtains, couch and cat were reduced to ribbons.
Hah!

Note to self;- if you’re in a burning hi-rise and you see the fire brigade bring one of these bad-boys along.... don’t stand in one of the windows.

So what's inside the rocket ? Seems to be no visible flame of rocket engine, and the warhead itself appears to be mostly fire retardant.

There is a patent for that too.

The fuze appears to be heat triggered.

------------

Anyway seems this can be a good crowd control too, the "warhead" can be filled with tear gas or other agents. Launch would be a low signature event.
