With boundary layer suction. In Feb 1940. It would've been interesting if Messerschmitt had switched to this instead of continuing on with the P 65. The P 01-112 could've ended up as the Me 262 and WW2 would've been a bit different...

Because obviously the internet is always right. I suggest you go look that up on p63 of Lippisch's book Ein Dreieck Fliegt (or p50 of the English language version, The Delta Wing - History and Development).
In the meantime...

Whoever did the images for Ein Dreieck Fliegt appears to have doctored some of them quite considerably. There are four versions of the P 01-112 in the report - without boundary layer suction armed/unarmed, and with boundary layer suction armed/unarmed. The one in the book is the with suction/unarmed version. Here's the forward view of the with suction/armed version.

NB. the without boundary layer suction version has a different fuselage and wings, and a wheeled undercarriage.

p63 of Lippisch's 1976 book Ein Dreieck Fliegt. It's just the forward view from the image posted at Reply #4. That 3-view has been the only publically available image of the P 01-112 that was anywhere close to the original for 41 years.
