Some of the Dyna-Soar items I recognize from here:

http://www.amazon.com/Dyna-Soar-Hypersonic-Strategic-Weapons-System/dp/1896522955/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1212867401&sr=8-1

Good book if you can get it. The accompanying DVD makes it even better.

The silo-launched Dyna-Soar, however, is something new. I just may have to get this movie someday.

yes you see right
Dyna Soar was original planed as Suborbital bomber launch from ICBM silo

but the program face the worst Death of all programs:

Hi XP-67_Moonbat!

If it is possible show to us index of book "Man In Space: U.S. Air Force Manned Space Programs".

This is not a book. This is DVD, dude. DVD contents is listed here http://www.spacecraftfilms.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=41

BTW, silo-launched DS is appearing in documentaries on complimentary DVD-ROM to the Dyna-Soar: Hypersonic Strategic Weapons System: Apogee Books Space Series 35

I believe that Spacecraft Films footage is much better quality, digitally restored and enchanced judging from their other DVDs that I have. My copy of Man In Space: U.S. Air Force Manned Space Programs is on the way, meantime
