Looking For Old AW & ST articles on 260 and 156 inch solid rocket booster vehicl

Somewhere between 1962 and 1966, AW&ST,in their March Forecast and Inventory issue, ran an article on proposed launch vehicle with a 260 inch lower stage combined a 156 inch upper stage. I'm looking for the stats on those vehicles to design, build and fly a "fantasy" scale model rocket
