globalsecurity used to have a 3-view of a Lockeed design that somewhat resembled a LARGE Fencer, complete with VG wing and was supposedly a Mach 5 design also.

I believe the pic below is an artist's concept of the Lockheed carrier-based aircraft. I think it was shown in Popula Science Magazine.

I wonder how safe Endothermic Fuel would have been aboard an aircraft carrier?

Yes, it is. Here a color version from a Argentinian Edition of MP (Nov 1991)

According to the little article the refrigeration system would have an approximated weight of 5 tons, equivalent to a 13% of the weight in takeoff.

Well, if I'm reading the terms correctly, an endothermic fuel needs to be heated before it can function as a fuel. If that is the case, storage aboard an aircarft carrier wouldn't be that troublesome.
