SCAA company was founded by the son in law of Clément Ader (1st man to fly with a plane on October the 9th, 1890). The plane "La Frégate" was made for a son of Ferdinand de Lesseps, who built the Suez canal and began the Panama canal. 3 plnes were made, the 1st one never flew.
