I have never seen a clear image of the two Krivaks upgraded to the Project 11352(Leningradsky Komsomolets, Pylky), this is the closest and it doesn't really show the details of the big visible change, the replacement of the RBU-6000s with Kh-35 launchers.
Frankly I have no idea what I'm looking at, but it's definitely not the standard pair of RBUs. It doesn't look like the quad pack of poons that the kh-35 system became though so idk if it's a non standard mounting or what.
Thread also open for Project 11353(Zharky) since I've seen it lumped into the Krivak IV designation, and the Talwar/Grigorovich ships for the same reason.

Combat Fleets 15th Ed (2007) discusses these ships and says that although fitted with racks for Kh-35, as of writing, the missiles had not been observed installed. It has another not great photo of the same ship from 1996 showing a seemingly empty space where the RBUs had been. I think that's all you see here -- the exhaust deflector behind the SA-N-4 launcher, and then an empty space where the RBUs were.

The images of Legky (ex-Leningradsky Komsolomets) and Pylky only show the racks for the Kh-35 quad launchers, not the launchers themselves. Jane's 1997-98 says Letuchy was the third converted Krivak I. Baker writes Letuchy-conversion was planned, but never performed.

Since I thought it was cute and relevant I'm putting it here. In 2003, Druzhny was bought by investors and taken to Yantar for conversion to Project 1135MK. It was described as a museum, cultural, and entertainment complex, but was planned to be mostly casinos and restaurants with a small museum. Maskirovka at its finest. The conversion stalled, possibly because the shipyards were better embezzlers capitalists and the ship was scrapped.
