Turns out that a TS-17 project did exist but it wasn't the Grot that you were looking for.

Following the links on the page Paul refered to brings you to Konstrukcje Tadeusza Soltyka oznaczone symbolem "TS". This page lists all of Soltyk's designs including a TS-17 Pelikan ag-plane.

http://awiacja.republika.pl/ts.htm

[Rough translation]

"Work began in the mid-1960s on an agricultural aircraft called TS-17 Pelikan. Decisions to largely limit aeronautical work in Poland to the building of Soviet-designed aircraft resulted in the TS-17 remaining a paper project only... The TS-17 was to be a single-engined aircraft with a fixed undercarriage and additional end-plate vertical tail surfaces to increase directional control during slow speed flying and landing."

No technical details (engine could be 7-cyl WN-3 or maybe an M-11).

ps: the TS-15 "Fregata" might interest Hesham

The PZL-105 designation was applied to the TS-17 Pelikan circa 1965-66, when it looked like that design might enter production. It didn't and Tadeusz Sołtyk abandoned aviation. http://www.samolotypolskie.pl/samoloty/2740/126/TS-17-PZL-105-Pelikan2

BTW: For the attached drawing, "projekt wstepny" just means 'preliminary project '.

Your unrelated PZL-105 Wilga 88 (later Flaming) didn't appear for another two decades. So, maybe this should go here:
