the designer Hillis Peterson worked for East Coast Aeronautics,and he created amphibian
project,offered in two or four seat versions,the P-A-2 and P-A-3.

You can't title this topic "East Coast Aeronautics Amphibian Projects", hesham.
The article clearly states that the amphibians were "planned as a private venture" by Peterson.
East Coast was NOT involved!
I strongly suggest you take the time to read the articles a little more closely before posting.
