Hi all,
found this very rare bird Haessler H. 3, built by Ing. Helmut Haessler, good known for the muscle aircraft (-Villinger) H.V.1. Only 1 built.

Helmut Haessler's letter to Flight on man-powered flight (with photos of H.V.1 in the air):

http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchive/view/1962/1962%20-%200254.html

Popular Mechanics (Oct 1972, Vol. 152, No. 4) has a 3-view of the H.V.1 showing a wing closer in shape to the H-3 than to Hesham's 3-view (and historical photographs)

BTW: According to a letter to New Scientist (5 Mar 1964) by BS Shenstone (Vice-Chair of the RAeS man-powered aircraft group), Helmut Haessler "had re-designed his prewar Mufli, but he lives in Toronto and it is a single-seater." Haessler actually lived in Richmond Hill, Ontario, but Shenstone's letter makes it sound like serious work was under way on this Canadian version of the H.V.1.
