50% failure rate. Ouch.

Correction: Each Satellite has two four clocks, so around a 12  and half % failure rate.
 
Still pretty excessive. And surprising, European performance in this area should be a lot better than this.
 
Wonder what the cause of the problems are? Sounds really weird for the satellites to have the same problem :-\
 
With two different types of clock affected, I wonder if it is a firmware/systems integration problem?

Wonder if the satellites have software upgrade capability's built in. ;D ;)
