Fritz Freytag Airplane Construction of 1939 ?

Hi,

in NASM reports,I found this drawing to a Fritz Freytag,for a strange airplane,the file is under Higgins,was
there any relationship between them ?.

Appears to have been aimed at rapid loading/unloading of vehicles including heavy duty trucks. Likely drawn up with the aim of pitching the design to the U.S. Army/USAAC, given the time period involved.
