The second auction, is for "TATAKAU UMIWASI" (Fighting Sea-Eagles - Japanese Naval Air Force in Action). The author is Watanabe Yoji. The book is 192 pages, contains ~400 b/w photos, is 18 x 26 cm in size, published by Bungei Shunju in March 2005, and is a soft cover with dust jacket. "Fighting Sea-Eagles" is an excellent book with MANY never seen before photos of IJN airplanes. FANTASTIC collection of floatplane photos. Three Reikan scratching the tops of palm trees at Penang; one showing a Seiran taking off; and a rare shot of the He 112, among many others. This is not to be missed. Format is similar to books published by Model Art, Gakken, etc. More details can be found on the HLJ site at Like new book in great condition.
