Forgotten light-weight fighters

Should we do a thread on forgotten light-weight fighters of the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s?
I am thinking in terms of the variety of canard deltas proposed by Israel, Yugoslavia, Switzerland, etc.
Specialiy the Israeli Lavi, Yugoslav Novi Avion, Swiss ALR Piranha, etc.
How did they compare in weight, size, mission and time-line?

We might include the Northrup YF-17, but that soon evolved into the (large scale production) F-18 naval strike/fighter.

We have threads on all of these individually, I believe. A comparison thread probably doesn't fit this subforum. Might be better suited to the Alternative History subforum, because any comparison is likely to evolve quickly to what-if? sorts of discussions.
