I am answering from a BlackBerry or I would pull and post the article myself, but Google tells me that the Eipper Fan was covered in some way in the EAA magazine Sport Aviation, Vol 33, No 6, June 1984. If no one else does it, I will look it up when I get back to my desk.

Cheers,

Matthew

PS--It turns out I had to stop by the office, so here you go. Not much there, just a teaser model (a clearer version of the same photo above) and a display of the four-cylinder model of a family of modular two-, four- and six-cylinder engines, the largest of which was to have powered the Eipper Fan EF-1. Eipper, for anyone who doesn't know, is best known for the Eipper Quicksilver family of ultralights in two-axis and three-axis versions, one- and two-seat models. They were a very popular early ultralight manufacturer with a solid reputation. They also produced the ultralight-like certified GT-500. The Quicksilver line is still in production by Quicksilver Manufacturing.
