Early Soviet Turboprop

Hi All,
does anyone know something about an early soviet turboprop project (1936-1938), designed by V. Uvarov and probably called NAMI GTU-3?

Uvarov GTU-3:
Project power - 1500 hp, temperature - standart 1620 K (1347 °C or 2456 °F), maximum 1870 K (1597 °C or 2906 °F), temperature of gas - 1470 K (1197 °C or 2186 °F). Cooling - steam-water. Full time of experimental work - 57 hours, but, full power wasn't reached, and in 1941 "hot" tests was stopped.
