Please see below an AutoCAD drawing in PDF format based on the eyewitness testimony of Chris Gibson (former member of the British Royal Observers Corps) who saw a black triangle flying overhead from the deck of the Galveston Key in August of 1989. Note: the viewing perspective for this drawing is overhead looking down on the aircraft.

How would you be able to get an overhead view of the aircraft?

Mr. Gibson was on the ground and according to his estimates the plane was 25,000 feet above, and he said the plane was matte-black with no discernible detail....

This is crap. Chris saw a triangle from below with no discernable detail. This drawing is not only invented, it isn't even the right silhouette for Chris's original sketch.
