All I have found of the ChAI-2 was that it was a two-seat motor glider and that it was fitted with a 14 hp engine. It was developed by PISchischow and the first flight took place in 1936. However there is one small problem in that the Kharkov Institute had also designed the ChAI.1 small airliner, and a version of that which featured a non retractable undercarriage was also referred to as the ChAI.2!
