From Aviation magazine 1963,

here is a canard pusher low-wing light fake monoplane, designed as a future development of the Fabre concept
from the pioneer of the flight.

If I may be so bold, the source of the drawing, which was inspired by the North American XB-70 supersonic bomber perhaps, and a date of publication might be useful.

The B-70 alike plane is on background.
The odd propeller aircraft is a fantasy, maybe it come from a comics book...

The centre-of-gravity looks way too far aft for natural stability.
Why do the canards have dihedral?

Sorry, but I am a cranky, old eye-ball engineer comparing this ficticious canard with canards built by Curtiss-Wright, Rutan, SAAB, etc.
