Boeing 747 in VW Touraq advertisement

Australian TV is now showing an advertisement of a VW Tourag pulling a Boeing 747, see http://www.volkswagen.com.au/touareg/TV/vwtvc.asp.

But notice the twin podded engine arrangement!

Would anybody know the background to this aircraft? Why are the engines twin podded?

It seems to be ex-British Airways Boeing 747-200 G-BDXJ that is now a movie prop located at Dunsfold Aerodrome. It had dummy engine pods installed for the movie Casino Royale and received fake registration N9747P that has been reserved by the Federal Aviation Administration for use in motion pictures.

This Boeing 747 with the twin engines pods will be staring in the upcoming movie about the former Israeli prime minister Golda Meir during the Yom Kippur War of 1973.
