Hi,


we can talk here about the French designer,Maurice Blanchard prototypes and projects,in 1919 he created a Project,probably was a flying boat or a seaplane,no details are known ?.

Hi,


in 1921 Farman-Blanchard developed a torpedo bomber biplane aircraft,powered by one 450 hp Renault 12-cylinder Vee piston engine,lost to Levasseur PL-2.

also in 1918,Farman-Blanchard developed a four-seat three engined high-seas recce bomber flying boat of biplane configuration,powered by three 350 hp Panhard-Levassor engines.

a little know Blanchard aircraft,was the BB.2,it was developed from
BB.1 as a single seat racer flying boat of monoplane configuration,
powered by one 550 engine,but never enter the Schneider Trophy
contest.

In reply to your comment regarding the torpedo bomber developed by Farman-Blanchard, please find attached picture taken from Flight. It is interesting to read the wording used by the Flight writers to describe the type, given how ugly some British torpedo aircraft were during the same period. (ie Blackburn Blackburn anyone in the beauty stakes ;D). All joking aside, the Flight comments are mainly aimed at the size of the wings, rather than any aesthetic matters. Blanchard designed a three engined long range airplane or seaplane,
maybe remained a Project only ?.
