Hi, I did not know this aircraft.

it was French, named L'Agrion (An insect that looks like a dragonfly)
From around 1993
Are involved in its construction : Société française de construction aéronautique SOFCA (French aeronautical building company, specialist in microlight flying devices) and Ackerman Industrie (which builds hydroplanes, hovercrafts, aircrafts).

I searched yesterday, but I did not find a "normal" aircraft designed by SOFCA or Ackerman Industrie.
