The configuration of the Lockheed HTV-3X Blackswift project has changed several times... The one you're showing has replaced the earlier twin-fin designs (themselves evolved from the HTV Falcon) and is described in several places as the "final" one.

No three-view arrangement yet, but at least here's a couple more pictures of the same configuration.

Thanks, Stephane, I searched for it there, even went fishing for it in patents, but found nothing (there is a patent for the latest Blackswift in this site)
I even have the DARPA Video from NatGeo which is the source for the tunnel model you posted
