The 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV is a new generation of Russian-made self-propelled tracked howitzer based on the 2S19 chassis fitted with a new turret. Some few months ago Russia has unveiled a twin-barreled self-propelled howitzer under the name of 2S35, but the project was cancelled.

Looks like a very long barrel any specifications on range?

10 batches to be delivered by 2020

"Currently, the Armed the forces of the Russian Federation have some artillery systems whose shells, when shooting at maximum range, reach great heights. Of the flight trajectory can be found in the upper layers of the stratosphere where the air is very tenuous and its resistance is minimal. This factor has a positive effect on the range. With such systems, the shells of which overlook the stratospheric heights today are Coalition-SV AND 2c7m Malka. According to domestic and foreign experts, it is planned to within three years to complete the development of long-range high-precision artillery ammunition (DVAB) with a range of up to 170 km."

Currently at a 70km range, but plans for a 170km range.

Does anyone have any source of confirmation that this shell has a 2.5 kiloton payload?

I have no idea why that payload is being listed few days ago from reddit or twitter, while the only 152mm shell I know of is the ZBV3 which has a 1 kiloton payload.

From some reverse image searching, it looks like that's a 3VB3-3 shell on display at some kind of exhibition in Chelyabinsk. According to this guy (who has a nice album of nuclear munitions photos going there), it's got a yield of around 0.7Kt/700 tons, which a bit more in-line with the info I can find. Still a bit higher than US 155mm atomic shells were usually set, but well within a reasonable yield for something of that profile.
