Heres an interesting one that I just stumbled across,its a pre ww2 soviet glide bomb,the ПРАБ-203 / PRAB-203.
It used a small rocket motor to give it an initial kick [3-4 seconds] once it was launched from the bomber, control was via a sperry type autopilot actuating a pneumatic system that operated the rudder.
Its length is 2.58m,diameter is 203mm,wingspan is 1.15m,range 35-40km
It carried a 25kg explosive warhead
The program started in 1938 but was halted in 1941,most likely due to the war.
