The Secret Projects Forum was first created in December 2005 by Paul Martell-Mead as a place to discuss topics of interest to him that weren't well served by existing forums. Primarily the initial focus was on unbuilt aircraft projects, directly inspired by Tony Buttler's British Secret Projects series of books
