"Assembling the fourth sample is in the final phase. Now comes the testing of design" - added the official.

Source reminded of an incident at MAKS-2011, when, in August the aircraft for technical reasons, stopped off, throwing the drag chute. As the cause of the incident media called "the failure of the power plant automation. "The incident at the air show had no effect on the course of test aircraft. It was working, technical issue that could occur during testing of any aircraft. In terms of gaps in the airline there, everything goes as planned," - said the source.

The Russian fifth generation fighter T-50 (PAK FA) must be received by the Air Force in 2016. Flight tests took place only two samples of the PAK FA.

Aha. Didn't find anything on Paralay's MAKS report, just the well known fuselage part. :)

As widely known, T-50-3 will have radar and transparent nose. Yuri Beliy promised that the third N036 will be "production standard" and that it will be installed on T-50-4. Has that happened?

Hehe , looks like we were not right about no pics released soon ...( maybe they haven't release pics yesterday becasue of the late time of the flight , i assume the PR department of Sukhoi and KnAAPO only works 8 hours a day :p )

Would be great to have that pic you posted ( from the front) in high rez, sometime Flateric. Wonder if the radome has those "saw teeth" on it like we saw on 52. (not clear from this pic )
 
KnAAPO PR Dept. is somewhat different kitchen from Sukhoi DB one
and they tend to upload hi-reses some time after low-res posted
but yesterday that was what they said to mass-media here - no photos soon

I guess they have to make compromises to put the bird on schedule but I guess it's not really an issue being a prototype and all. ;)

So they changed the wing tips. I guess that would be an increase in wing area and possibly drag reduction...
