Hi,
Years ago, a friend of mine send me this photo of a flying wing transport aircraft scale-model designed between the wars by a certain Russian engineer named Tsiolkovsky.
I am looking for more information, if any, concerning this project.

Thanks in advance,

Thanks, Michel, indeed it looks something like that.
BTW, I am wondering if, on the photo, the model is not upside down?

I wonder if the Tsiolkovky who designed the machine was the Russian rocket scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky or a little-known man with the last name Tsiolkovsky, because Tsiolkovsky is remembered for concluding that multistage rockets were essential to take people to outer space.

Yes, this is the same Konstantin Tsiolkovsky.
The model in the subject is not turned.
The concept is based on the symbiosis of an airplane-wing and a multi-body airship.
