I'm unfamiliar with any company going by the abbreviation "MIZ" and I'm not clear about the reference to the Swedish Navy Spiggen II midget sub.

The SDV is the **Swedish** SEAL Carrier design (now owned by UK firm James Fisher Defense: https://www.jfdglobal.com/products/swimmer-delivery/seal-carrier/). Surprised it could compete in ROK. Local 'subskimmer' competition from Vogo Engineering (formerly Woojungsa).

The midget sub is new to me, thanks!!!! Might be Swedish also. Kockums was marketing the Sea Dagger design abut then (http://covertshores.blogspot.com/2010/07/swedish-midget-subs.html) but that is very different. Some design features do look Kockums though. Nothing particularly German about it too.

That 'translated' page is extremely weird with practically no useful outcome. Unless you are used to this type of translation/have a universal translator.
