Found descriptive review and some pages (full of unbuilt designs) at amazon.com

I think I'm going to order a copy.

I'm halfway through that. Everything you've ever wanted to know about Hermes. A bit more in some places (really detailed descriptions on the politics that led to Hermes' cancellation).

On Shapeways, you can find a 1/125 scale model of Hermes to go with the Heller Ariane 5 kit...

The title is Spaceplane HERMES: Europe's Dream of Independent Manned Spaceflight
ISBN-13: 978-3319444703

Its best book about Hermes Program
with 588 pages and rich illustrated with never before publish pictures

it feature early proposal from 1970s manned Glider, the CNES Solaris proposal
The evolution of Hermes & Ariane 5 and its launch pad infrastructure and developed hardware for Hermes

The book feature also Post Hermes glider program like Phoenix

The only disadvantage on the Book is cheap paper quality, Springer Praxis use for printing
