Looks to be about 10 m long, far too small for a long-range high-speed aircraft.

It's the F-35's rear aspect RCS model, pretty much the same thing as the one that's been around for ages for the F/A-18:

Wasn't this discussed in another thread early last year or something ---- I seem to remember reading about it here before.
 
What is the smaller diamond shape way above it? Another rcs model or just stuff?
