Do you have more information about that installation, or maybe the source (please, always mention the source !) ?
It looks, as if the single RZ 65 rocket was fired laterally. What was the intention ?

It's a very common mistake:

Für die RZ 73 gab es auch wieder eine ganze Anzahl Varianten: die normale Ausführung ähnlich der RZ 65, die Ausführung, bei der in einer Hüllse Sprengstoff innerhalb der Treibladung eingefüllt war, damit auch dieser Teil der Rakete zur Splitterwirkung verwendet werden konnte und die R.Spr.Gr. 4609, die als Flakrakete „Föhn" bekannt wurde.

The 7,3 cm R Sprgr of the Foehn system was derived from the RZ 65, not RZ 73 - it was basically a RZ 65 with a fuze mounted on top of the warhead instead of occupying its front section. Moreover, the four digit projectile number ending with 9 denoted a drill projectile, so could not be applied to a live round. If this system was ever used for the 7,3 cm R Sprgr (and I have not seen any proof from the era so far), the 7,3 cm R Sprgr 4601 designation would be correct.
