Looking for information on this 4-5 place seaplane circa late 1910's. Tractor configuration, belt driven propeller with what appears to be an all-moving rudder. Possibly flown in the northeastern US. Identified by Keyport Historical Museum as a possible Aeromarine design. The only unknown Aeromarine design that flew with no picture in the same timeframe is the Aeromarine 20 (1918), designed by Willard. The only problem is the known information on the Willard design is 2-4 place open cockpit, flying boat with a pusher propeller. I'm curious where the original Model 20 description came from.

Re: Unknown Early Passenger Seaplane

Looks very much like the Cooke Tractor Flying Boat from 1913.

At aerofiles.com is a view from probably the same situation from a different angle:

And in "American Flying Boats and Amphibious Aircraft" there is another view of this plane.

Fabulousfour, thank you very much! That does look like the same aircraft! I'll look into those references and try and get some more information.
