There are guys out there who call this B-64??? That is Amagi!!!!
Also this is a large cruiser / Battlecruiser not battleship and a well known one.
There is even an English wiki article about it with many info:

As the director of a naval yard I've got to assume Hidetaro Kaneda was perfectly sane but that massive battleship seems crazy on all levels. Maybe he was just really bored one day at work and it was less than serious?

Well... he was that kind of person who you would call a liberal thinker as his designs (the few that remained) shows a person who thought on warships in a different way, out of the box:

They're ditto marks, meaning "same as the previous entry."  Saves on rewriting long entries.
