Hi!
This Japanese site says that Ki-104 was a experimental interceptor by Mitsubishi or experimental attack aircraft by Kogiken.
http://military.sakura.ne.jp/ac/index_army.htm

Also this site says that Ki-104 was a Ki-67 base experimental interceptor by Mitsubishi/Kogiken.
http://rikukaigunki.nobody.jp/riku-seisiki/seisiki.html

This site says that Ki-104 was a Ki-94Ⅰbase experimental attack aircraft without pressurized cabin by Kogiken or experimental interceptor by Mitsubishi.
http://ameblo.jp/katsu1961/entry-10012091724.html

This site says that
"In summer of 1943 the IJA ordered Kogiken to design ki94Ⅰbase attack aircraft.
This order was canceled when Ki94Ⅰcanceled.Some document says that this design was Ki-104."
http://military.sakura.ne.jp/ac/ki94.htm

Anyway perhaps Ki-104 was not a Nakajima design.

And I heard that,it was developed from Nakajima Ki-87 ?.

What i understood about it that was Ki-87II renamed in Ki-104 , so it's impossible that Ki-104 was based on Ki-67 , seems be an error : Mitsubishi ki-109 was an interceptor based on Ki-67 .

Do you have a evidence of your opinion?

Here;

Is it a evidence?
I think that the evidence must be the IJA's official document or maker's document written in Japanese.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_military_aircraft_designation_systems

Here Ki-104 was mentioned like a variant of Tachikawa Ki-94 , then designation like " Nakajima ki-104 " is purely fictional , i suppose the real designation could be been " Rikugun Ki-104 or Mitsubishi ki-104 "

then seems these resources :

http://military.sakura.ne.jp/ac/index_army.htm
and
http://ameblo.jp/katsu1961/entry-10012091724.html
and
http://military.sakura.ne.jp/ac/ki94.htm

are the right :)

(for now : no official IJA document )

*Nakajima* ki-104 is a What-if plastic model - not a real project. The real life Ki-104 was not a Nakajima project.

Ok , so the Nakajima Ki-87II have the Ha-219 of 3000 Hp , like project Ki-104 but it was heavy armed with 2 cannon of 30 mm , 2 cannon of 20 mm and 2 gun of 13,2 mm in the nose .
Probably if was produced could be sounded like Tachikawa Ki-104 .

One of the most reliable the IJA's aircraft data in Japan, Gakken's "The IJA aircraft" says that Ki-104 was a Kogiken's Ki-94Ⅰ base attack aircraft.
The IJA's official order document name was 航研第7786号(Aircraft research order No.7786?) in 5/7/1943.

The IJA aircraft (日本の陸軍機) ; ISBN978-4-05-606220-5, Gakken, 15/2/2011
This is really a great book , but unfortunately written in only Japanese.

Tachikawa Ki-94Ⅰ.
